I have to admit, seeing wedding photos popping up on Facebook of folks I went to college with makes me wonder if I'm somehow behind the curve on that whole marriage thing. I like to daydream about it, sure, but that's as much an artsy deliberation over designing the dress as anything. As far as the will to go through with getting married, etc, at

I think that's what a lot of people want, but they're not usually smart enough to know they aren't in it for the husband, so then they have one fabulous party and the rest of their marriage sucks.

So really you're ahead of the curve! All you need is an excuse for a fabulous party.

Well, hell! I can throw fabulous parties whenever I want, being unmarried. :D

Or go to them and not come home until dawn and no one's waiting to scold me (except, maybe, Mom, but... she's doing the Mom thing, so...)
