I am getting SO sick of being the "responsible one" for Tea, lately.

I have offered REPEATEDLY to help fellow students get what they need, learn how to wear it, etc., only to get an "I'm good, thanks" or no response at all.  I have given them information, shopping lists, etc. You name it, the resource has been made available to them.

I can, and I'll get an earful about being selfish, etc, because why should I have alllllll this stuff and not share? (Grrrr.) Does that mean I can take Sensei's sports car out for a spin just because she has it?

I did have a coworker help proof for diplomacy the email I did send back that basically said, "After Saturday, I'm not helping anymore." Sensei replied, but I haven't found the cajones to open the email yet...

That's total bs. And I'd bet that since this nitwits can't bother to get their own stuff, they won't bother to worry about keeping yours nice!

Pretty much. Although my "never again, Sensei" email went over better than I anticipated. I think she actually accepted the ultimatum, at least for now. I doubt it will last long, but it's a reprieve in the meantime, and maybe she'll say something with more authority than I've got to get through to the other students.

Whittle down what's in that drawer to what you only need for that day. When people complain, "it's out for cleaning".

I think that's an excellent suggestion. It'd be one thing if you WANTED to keep a couple inexpensive items in there for loan, but to have your collection constantly used as a lending-library is completely unfair.
