Joanne is in a hard spot. She owns a business that isn't making any money. That would be hard on anyone. Not every job you have is going to be easy either. I've had some ruff boses. but I just did my best and that was all they could ask. Maybe you should try talking to her about the way you feel. That will earn you respect.
