Why did I have to read this? It should be reassuring, equipping me with the tools to fight off the dreaded Cancer. But alas, I know I will not keep up with any of these advisements and will surely suffer a horrible fate--or at the very least prevent myself from sleeping as I consider getting cancer.

In related news, I had a doctor check up. And I tried to get her to convince me that I didn't have cancer. She said I was too young to have cancer. Not very reassuring. I'm sure I've got a rare type...

Can one really be too young to have cancer? I thought cancer didn't discriminate.

Also add: Open your windows.

You see, radiation is trapped in the Earth's core and rises to the surface. When you stay inside all day and don't let air circulate, you are trapping that escaped radiation in your room. While not likely to cause cancer in and of itself, it certainly doesn't help and definitely increases your risk. You should open your window/door to your house and let the air circulate once a week or so if possible.
