I am feeling ridiculously happy now that I have figured out how to make my trees look nice in my paintings. I was really having trouble getting them to look like something other than giant poofballs. But now I have managed to paint several in a row that actually look like trees.

Don't worry, you'll figure the flower thing out. Once you put your mind to accomplishing something, you generally get it done. : )

I really hope so. I think I'm going to start out just practicing some individual flowers over and over until I have them figured out. Then I can work on putting the whole thing together.

Oh, and can you send me a copy of that picture you took off the back deck of the purpley sky and mountians? I really want to try doing a painting of that too at some point.
