1.3 more pounds gone!

I'm not sure how I feel about this week's weigh-in. I mean, I did lose weight, and that's a plus. But I know I wasn't as active as I was for the prior weigh-in. And I think I was even worse about taking my Alli pills. Nick's son's birthday (and party) were this past weekend, and we got to spend our first overnight with him. It was great and ( Read more... )

I just wanted to say that you should feel great about losing 1.3 lbs in a week. You really shouldn't try and lose anymore than 2 lbs/week anyhow. Any more than that and it's not healthy for your body and you risk your system going into a starvation mode. When that happens, your body will start working against your goal and attempt to retain every calorie it can because it will be "afraid" it will be a long time before it gets food again.
