Yeah, I don't think I would even TRY the cabbage, let alone the broccoli. Yuk! I can EAT it, but drinking it somehow sounds repulsive.

Although you can drink more vegetables than you can eat, I think a cost benefit analysis would side with eating them. Not to mention all the fiber you are missing out on. This might be fine if you get fiber from another source -- whole grains or even taking psyllium husks powder. But it sounds like the whole juicing process is not fun. And if it isn't fun, don't do it.

the problem with doing the cost-benefit analysis is that there's no way to quantify the possibly more nutrients that one gets from juicing. without that variable, naturally juicing loses. the only way to get that information would be to do it for a while and see if it makes me feel different, and even then it's not exactly quantified, lol. i do think that i'm leaning away from juicing, but i'm still going to give it a few days and see if it changes. give it a solid chance. though i also think if i do continue it, i will keep with the veggies that i know i like or that sound good to me, lol. i have two more green apples, so i will at least use those up, i reckon. after that, we'll see.
