If you enjoy doing that so much once a week, I'm quite certain you will find yourself doing it more often. For me, yoga is much like that. I had a book on yoga that I got at a used book sale that sat on my shelf for a year or two. Then last year, there were days when it was too cold to go out on the porch and strength train. So I started doing yoga, first just twice a week. I found that it left me feeling so peaceful and calm! Plus, after just a few weeks, I noticed my flexibility and balance had improved. So now, I do yoga three, sometimes four days a week. Exercise is important, but it is more important that it be a form that one enjoys. As Seth says, "If it isn't fun, don't do it."

yoga is a good example. i used to do a yoga routine at home and i've no idea why i stopped. well, i guess the woman on the video annoyed me, lol. i'm so unruly sometimes.
i'm glad that you are having good results with the yoga. :D
