my neighbor just came to my door and brought me a kitten. i said, 'what's that?' she said, 'a kitten!' apparently someone thought it would help her get over the death of her brother, but her 15.5 year old cat is not interested in a tiny sibling, lol. a friend of mine had said that when the time was right for me to have another cat, it would show up ( Read more... )

i'll post as soon as i can get a decent pic, i promise. i tried, but it came out grainy and blurry and awful. in the meantime, here's a link to an article that you don't have to read, but the kitty in the picture at the top bears a striking resemblance to my dear cat ballou, may she rest in peace. she didn't like to have her picture taken, so i don't have any good pictures of her, but this is how she looked, except she had a white slash across her face that gave her a dashing air. ;) oh, and her eyes were a prettier shade of green. http://www.npr.org/blogs/health/2013/07/05/199041322/harmful-parasites-in-cat-poop-are-widespread?sc=17&f=1001

It's amazing how quickly the Universe works sometimes! It's probably something you've been almost ready to manifest for quite a while now. All it took was going from thinking about it to actually wanting it, and letting the Universe know in no uncertain terms that you were ready! That is just so cool!

i have been saying a lot that i wanted kittens, but i hadn't really felt it that way, or said it that way. i guess maybe i need to apply that level of wanting to some other things in my life! lol. thanks for your insight in that regard.
