One of the things I love about this time of year is the way the clouds look. As I left the grocery store yesterday, I looked up at them, and they were white and puffy, with a bit of grey washed through them at the bottom, and they blurred at the edges where they met the sky. It looked so much like an Impressionist painting, especially the part over the greenness of the treetops of the park across the street. I actually "oooo-ed".

they really are gorgeous, aren't they? :D

i like when the sun is behind them making them all glowy.

i remember one time i was on the train in nyc and it was elevated, and there was the most insanely gorgeous sunset happening outside and NOBODY but ME was noticing, lol. i always pay attention to the sky when possible. :D

Oh- this sounds easy and delicious!! Thank you for posting. :)
Do you think it needs the sweetener? The more healthy I eat the less sweet I seem to like my food.
Did the raw diet have any other yummy recipes? The family will now eat one no meat dinner a week and usually I can sneak in a pretty raw dinner once or twice a month.
The sky is amazing isn't it? On My drive to and from work with Anthony we admire the sunrise and sunset. Sometimes it's absolutely breath taking!

well, cocoa powder is pretty bitter, and since the milk is unsweetened, i think it might be a bit too bitter without any sweetener at all. but you could mix it up without it and then just give it a little taste and see how you feel about it. it's really not that sweet, but then i sometimes put extra cocoa powder in because i like it very chocolatey.

if you want me to email you the three day raw challenge, i can. it has some simple recipes that are very healthy. i actually didn't end up making all of them, but the ones i made were quite delicious. this is the website for the group and they have a lot of recipes, many of which sound quite tasty: http://www.youngandraw.com/

p.s. and yeah, i do love looking at the sky. ^^points to my reply to mimi above^^
