I'm copying that smoothie recipe into my files! I already use blueberries and banana in my daily smoothie. I've used cucumber directly on my skin with good results; I stopped because it was too much bother to have to go to the fridge twice a day and get a slice of cucumber rather than reach into the medicine cabinet for something. Fortunately, I've found that rosewater is just as effective and doesn't need refrigeration. But I digress. If you're strapped for time in the morning, perhaps if you put everything into the blender container and then stick it in the fridge overnight?

i'm glad that abundance is finding its way to you. Yes, it may be just a trickle right now, but the more you focus on it and express gratitude for it, the more will come to you.

I sliced up half a cucumber and put it in a small container. Then I poured about 1/4 cup of food grade rosewater over it and put it back in the fridge. Then, twice a day, after I washed my face, I would get one of the slices (from the bottom, where they picked up more of the rosewater) and swipe it all over my face and neck. It did a great job of tightening pores and smoothing my complexion, but I just found it tedious, and the rosewater alone works just as well and needs no refrigeration.

interesting. i'm about to run out of the toner i've been using, so maybe i'll switch to rose water. i think they even carry it at my local market, now that the ownership has switched from mexican to some variety of middle eastern, lol.
