Sooo I've been contemplating (that isn't a good thing xd)
School.
8 hours of discipline, 8 hours of rebellion.
8 hours of pretending who you are, 8 hours of being who you are.
8 hours of seeing your friends, 8 hours of seeing your enemies.
Every day you spend at school is unique.
Wether it's good or bad, it's never the same.
Everyday you wonder what's going to happen,
who'll be having the new rumors
and who'll be oblivious untill the rumors are over.
But you know, sometimes I kinda like school.
I just kinda like the structure it gives your life.
You start to plan, as in ;
"I've got to study french, english and finish my maths exercices."
And then you just start to plan your evening;
"When am I going to shower, eat, msn/aim/irc,... "
It also tells you not to sleep too late,
because else you'll look like a complete zombie the next day,
which might ruin your reputation, if any.
If I don't have school, my regular bedtime is 4AM,
my meals consist out of junkfood that I'm fancying at that exact moment
and most importantly, I start losing track of the days.
So, in those 8 hours of school,
something special must happen.
Wether it be the friends, the enemies,
the discipline, the structure or the rebellion,
Somewhere in between those 8 hours of complaining
'why do we have to go to school' , I like school.
And maybe, just maybe, you kinda like school too.
You just haven't realised it yet.
