Hmm... Zinc, of course.... and can you get your hands on any echinecea over there? I know you don't like the tea, but it's good for you... Hot tea with honey. yes, lots of fluids. Vitamin C. Sleep. Garlic.

Honestly--I'm convinced that the reason I haven't had a cold for so long is because I eat SO MUCH garlic. No joke.

I'm sorry you aren't feeling well, darling. Sleep and get better or you won't be able to MACK all next week with Tony!

I love you!

Vitamin C, echinecea, and zinc! And lots o' water!

We looked at taking a military flight over to the Germany base and doing a trip around Europe via the rail. Unfortunately, we've gotta wait.

Boil some ginger in water. Then strain it, saving the water, not the ginger. Add lemon juice and honey. Enjoy!

That's what my Indian friends moms always make when they're sick. Me too! It's really good for sore throats. But even if it does nothing, it sure tastes good! I've been known to make it when I was not sick...

Maybe I'll get ginger and lemons when I go to Tesco today. Mmmm...
