My two cents... lucidconfusion October 6 2006, 07:45:34 UTC
Still no word on when we're getting married though.:
You should definitely work through your issues before you make that leap. It seems like he has some real trust problems, and that will ruin a marriage. I know that my wife and I would not be together right now if we did not have the complete trust that we do.

I'm looking at going to a bartending school.:
Don't waste your money on a bartending school. You can learn everything you need to know to be a bartender at a bar. Get a job barbacking (helping the bartenders) and learn from them until you can move up to bartender. I am just a bouncer at a bar, but this is advice that one of the bartenders told me.

I hope all else is well, and that you recovered from that hangover ok (pineapple juice works wonders).

You know anywhere in Gaslamp that's hiring the barbackers? If you can find out anything for me,that'll help a lot.

I would say your best bet is to just go around with a resume and fill out some aplications at the bars that you like....or the ones that you think you would like.

But it's kind of dorky that we live together,we use the same things and whatnot, and I have to pay him back for stuff.

This to me makes no sense..

Our HOUSE in San Diego was only $650 a month for rent.. That's RIDICULOUS for an apartment!!!

I'm not sure if you are still looking for a new place, and this is a little more that what you are looking for, but check it out.

Mission Valley area
2 bed 2 bath Condo with 2 parking spaces $1450
(619) 846-8238

I am pretty sure that water, gas, and basic cable are included, so all you will have to pay is rent and electricity(and anything you want to add on).
