The Smartest of Her Age
A DW/HP crossover, wherein Hermione is the Rani. Bunny inspired by several fics wherein Harry is either the Doctor or the Master, and by a picture I saw once, comparing The Doctor, the Rani and the Master to the Golden Trio of Harry, Ron and Hermione. (If I ever find it again, I'll see if I can link the entry.)
Contains fobwatches, the errors of using a chameleon arch directly after regenerating, and possible, occasional flashbacks to the Academy days as compared to the current life. Taken out of public view for major rewriting, watch the master post for updates. Or my ffn profile, as it will be posted there too when rewritten.

First FFN published fic! DW/HP crossover, the bunny for which was spawned by the multiple fics out there where either the Doctor or the Master raise Harry instead of the Dursleys. Harry Potter Fanfic:
The magic of religion, the religion of magic
First chapter written in 2006, back when I was almost properly active in the HP fandom. Premise is that Vernon and Petunia were actually religious, and that Vernon was much more cunning and thoughtful than the books portrayed him as. After all, you don't get to be a sales manager by being only a blustering bully. Now abandoned as I have no time nor inclination to research religion in Great Britain to discern not only what they're like, but which would be most likely to have a hidden school of magic. PM if you're interested in adopting, or even just talking about where I'd intended this to go. There will be a non-religious version eventually, as the premise of an intelligent, cunning Vernon Dursley is too good to completely drop.
