Lazy me
I have been getting way behind on the posting. Sorry guys! Or not, if you've been enjoying the spam-free days. This week has been BUSY with the four day weekend in which I had my Elementary sports day on Sat, visited Raven Sunday evening and Tuesday, and hung out with Yumiko on Monday. And then it was a leap back into school where I am trying to be productive again. You can't tell from my posting here but it is working a little.
The weather has also been blessedly cooler and I have been enjoying the heck out of that. All my sweat blankets were in the wash last night and I actually had to close the balcony doors in order to sleep at a comfortable temperature. It is exciting. Oh yes! I actually am in the process of a Fall Cleaning. (Spring Cleaning and Oosoji - the big cleaning that happens here for the New Year - are too far away) Yesterday I blitzed the tatami room at floor level (while watching the live action version of Peter Pan) and today I'm finishing up the parts above that and dusting and organizing (perhaps to Mirrormask or The Last Unicorn). Perhaps I will also get started on the middle room today. We will see.
I think I'm going to look at tossing my giant bookshelf-desk thing in favor of a small bookshelf that I can use all of. I also might get rid of the desk the TV sits on if I can find a better stand. I must ask my supervisor about how to throw these things away.
Anyway, that's been life recently. Nothing too exciting but full of content.
