What kind of monkeys are they?

You should! It's a great adventure. It just takes a lot of planning and a bit of saving.
They're Long-tailed Macaques. They're known for being little brutes and stealing shiny things where tourists are.
After sunset it was still quite warm. Blankets are more for keeping mosquitoes off. During the daytime though we were sweating all the time since it's pretty humid.
