Yeah. Just another wet day. This spring seems to have involved more downpours than last spring.

In cases of such things it is always best to check the NASA website. You want to page down to 'local circumstances' and check the nearest big city. Remember not to look directly.

If you can see the sun at that time then you'll be able to see the eclipse. That table just lets you see approximatly what % of darkness you'll get and when it will peak. For instance Nagoya is the closest city for me so it should peak around 11 and be about 70% eclipsed in this area. Go with Busan and you'll probably only be seconds off.

Yeah, I don't understand the news very well. I looked it up after my teachers mentioned it.
