In the past two weeks I lost my apartment and had to find a new one. I was about make a significant dent in my personal debt. Instead I had to pay a broker and now I'll be lucky if I come out of all this with half of my savings in tact. yeah, and there's a slight possibility that because of all my freaking out I might decide that the best hting for me to do is to move out and take a year off or something. Unlikely I think, but possible. IN which case if you were still looking you'd be welcome to take over my lease and I suspect much of my furniture. just keep it in mind in case you're still looking.
