Finally getting good hard boiled egg results

I'm notoriously awesome at ruining hard boiled eggs. They don't peel right or I over-cook or whatever, but I've now had success three times with the same methodology so I'm just jotting it down here so I NEVER LOSE IT, EVER ( Read more... )

salt water boils sooner than tap, hence the salt in the water ;)

It actually, ironically, recently ended up not working for us. But it does appear to be a little more consistent than many of the other methods we have done in the past. Here's to hoping it did okay for you!
