Can You fall un-in-love?

K so obviously u can fall in love with someone, but after you've fallen in love with a person can you ever really stop loving them? You could hate them, but you still loved them once, can you lose that? Wierd update I know, but the question kind of popped into my head and I cant really seem to ignore it. You made complete sense. I have never really been in love before, but I know from other people's experiences that there's always a possibility that you will never stop loving someone, or even just caring about them. You cared about them at one time, why would you just randomly stop caring about them? No matter how hard you tell yourself you don't, you know you still do.

I suppose love is more of a complicated issue then I could understand right now because I've never had that type of love. Only platonic, lol. But I do understand what you mean, and I know that though you'll never go back to those people, you will never stop caring about them.

Hmm, coming from me...I don't think that love ever dies...Even if you can't stand that person soooooo much, if you ever loved them, you can't stop, but I've experienced love changing levels. Like, you're not in love with them anymore, and you don't love them to the point where you want to be with them...Like...Love settles, and people find their own places in your heart, memories, experiences, it makes up who we are...There's always room for more love, for more people to love, but just don't let yourself fall too quickly and risk getting hurt again, but don't hold yourself back from anything.
