OK, this car thing is contagious :-o I was sitting in my living room catching up on some recorded TV (Medium), when there is this almighty bang and I see this car come thru the fence...... AGAIN! We only just had the fence repaired from the LAST time... Thank god no one was hurt, this one was much worse than the last one. The old guy driving

Dang! That's pretty scary. Do you live on a curve there?

I do - and it's only a teeny tiny curve! Clearly this doesn't happen often or the old crappy fence would have more scars :p Still, twice in the space of 3 or 4 months is a sign..... maybe I'm not so interested in buying the house after all :-S (I rent right now)

Well, you could put a metal or cement block there. It would protect your neighbors. I just noticed the gas canister. I presume that was empty. How is he going to pay for the damages?

oh good - it's always nice to know who commented :p (I think I forgot to "Friends" this one).
I was thinking a rumble strip down the side of the street up where the bend starts would be good - that way anyone "sleeping" would get a wake up call BEFORE it was too late.

Wow, that's kind of scary. It it your neighbors yard he crashed in to just catching the corner bit of your fence or vice versa? And, no, it's absolutely not wrong to hit on cops at the scene of an accident. A girl's got to do what a girl's got to do.

Wow glad no one was hurt. My sister lived on a curve for a few years and had several cars end up in their yard. They moved after one went all the way into the living room one night after everyone had gone to bed.

Oh and hittin' on the cops nothin' wrong with that. ;)
