LOLOL are you drunkies?

You have impugned me on the internet, woman! It is so on.

'Wholes' is an abstract plural noun, as in the book title Plato on Parts and Wholes: the metaphysics of structure

I did too use it in a sentence, but here are some more:

"Individual citizens of the EU have their own opinions on X, but taking the countries as wholes..."
"Billy-Bob counts by part-harvests but I prefer to count 'em by wholes..."
"If you type 'wholes' too many times it starts to look really stupid." <=- okay that one doesn't count.

However you may be right that it is not officially a word! I am still going to continue to use it.

If it starts with a capital letter, it is not a dictionary word.

Therefore it was not allowed in the game in question.

Adding to this...just because a word is used on the internet does not make it a word. 'Fuck' would be accepted in Lexicon because it is in the OED. 'Wholes' is most definitely not in the OED.

plural of whole is not in OED online

On the other hand, neither is plural of meal.

It appears to just not list plural forms.
