I get a call from my father saying I have to get to my grandmother's retirement home NOW. So, fearing the worst, we go.

Turns out he won $100000 in Lotto.

So we had a gorgeously fancy meal at Cook'n with Gas, and then went on to the Bog for drinking and Willie McArthur.

Home, after leaving Tuesday, spending 20+ hours on planes and at least 8 hours in transit.

Puppy-poodle is stuck to me like a limpet, he even dragged his blankie into the bathroom to lie on while I had a bath, and attempted to join me in the bath at one point.

Oooh, so here I am in LA. At a Supernatural Con. I can now confirm with my husband that I am not that obsessed with SPN. Some of these fangirls are fucking scary.

Today I made my last payment for my personalised plates, and they should be with be in 7-10 working days.

What is hilarious is you must register the plates for a vehicle you OWN, which makes sense in a legal way, however I have not purchased a 1967 Chevy Impala YET. So my wee Rav 4 is going to be sporting 'KAZ2Y5' for the next few months. smallcaps is ( Read more... )
