Imo you should tell him straight out that you don't want to date him. Give him a warning saying that you're uncomfortable on how pushy he is and that you will not talk to him if he continues this behavior. If he's still does pursues you, I say block him.

I have told him before.... and I just snapped at him yesterday evening again, too -_-U sounded like I might have got to him a little so I hope i don't hear from him for a while.
