Hey, I finally got around to calling my Congressman and telling him (well, his voicemail) to vote for the damn health care bill. I've been meaning to do that for weeks, and really feel like I should have done it sooner.

Go you! I hope he took you more seriously than Sen. Smith did when I repeatedly begged him to stay the eff out of the Elian Gonzalez case. :)

His voicemail seemed highly appreciative. Until, of course, it informed me that I had 15 seconds left before it kicked me off the line. I'm told that's fairly common.
