Dallas does have an insane road infrastructure, but it's kind of pretty from a distance. We didn't get jammed up when we were there, but there was one time when we were riding back to Ft. Worth with my mom after some random shopping trip and a dump truck exploded on 20/35, so thankfully she was driving and knew an alternate route to take. I got incredibly lost on my way into Ft. Worth to find this exit she told me to stop at (so we could follow her home), and we ended up in a rather, uh, flavorful area of the east end of Dallas. Oops. Well, I got us turned around and found a parking lot to wait for her to meet us in, and we took it from there. I got to do my first 3-lane diagonal veer! *gah* I don't think I'd want to live there - driving through the city would give me an ulcer after a while.
