Of the three, the only designer that looked like he had a whole collection was Mondo. I can't even figure out how they could have preferred Gretchen's depressing, ugly, old and bland collection over Mondo's. You have got to be kidding me!!!!

I loved most of all three collections. As a panel, the judges separated Andy out, leaving Gretchen and Mondo. Part of the reason why Mondo lost, though, was that there were two on the panel who didn't like the B&W bubble gown when they saw it the first time -- and didn't like that it showed up in the full collection. (Especially as the anchoring muse model look.) That's a matter of taste and opinion. Gretchen, on the other hand, heard the judges about styling, and I thought that between her jewelry, shoe selection and hair & makeup, she woke up her collection. If she hadn't listened, then her full collection would've looked much plainer, a la her preview show ( ... )
