tell them you want 4 days a week, 10 hour days.
Paid parking, or toll road fees (if any apply)
take your current vacation time and add 4 days to that.
and then, to top it off, tell them you ALSO want 5 extra "personal" days that you can take when things just get "bad"....lol..

plus, start the negotiations at 15K above your current salary, or 20K overall, whichever suits you best.
Let them know that your willing to bargain..but you are going to bargin HARD!
