This is simply gorgeous! The language, the imagery, the symbolism ... my goodness. What an evocative piece. Severus here, still struggling even after all these years, and even in a loving marriage. So real and powerful. It blows me away.

This tugs at my heart and won't let go. The picture you've drawn in words is beautiful in it's simplicity, but there is nothing simple about the devotion they share. It takes my breath away. I love it.
