That was so deliciously creepy! Poor Hermione... I'm a big fan of Poe, so I loved the allusions to "The Masque of the Red Death." Wonderfully written.

You know, that was the one thing I was really worried about when I thought of this. I mean, WHO WOULD CHOOSE RON OVER SNAPE?!?!?! If I was in Hermione's situation, I'd be ecstatic.

At the end of the first part, I thought, "So Snape took over Ron's body, sort of an improvement. What could be worse?" Answer: Hermione losing touch with reality at the end. Ginny's glimpse of the sneer was the cherry on top. Mmm.

Yes, I knew that I was going to have problems portraying a Hermione who actually preferred Ron over Snape, lol! As I told mimimanderly, I mean, WHO would choose Ron over Snape?!?!?

Ginny's glimpse of the sneer was one of the first scenes I imagined. Heee! Thanks, clairvoyant!
