I can barely remember a time without our cat Patches. And any of you who have lost pets knows those fond memories they leave behind; the laughs, the tears; ultimately that special place they leave forever living in your hearts. That's how I feel

I'm so sorry for your loss. :( I lost my precious kitty a few months ago (she was 16) and it has been one of the hardest things I've ever gone through. I miss her dearly and it's still hard to believe that I'll never see her again. But, she was old and I knew her time was coming.. I, too, am relieved that she is at peace now. Your Patches lived a long, great life and she will no doubt always be in your heart.
