First of all, I had no idea you had broken your back! It sounds as though it's a very slow process to get back to "normal." I certainly hope you get back to full mobility and strength. I cannot imagine all you've been through! And I think a lot of people are only casual watchers of NCIS these days. I do miss Tony.
