(PS: Of the stuff you don't know, there's only one I do know: umeboshi - aka ume - are those little picked red things commonly seen at the center of some sushi.)

Given the culinary habits of some of my family, it's entirely possible (even likely) I have been served roadkill and just not been told.

I figure it doesn't count if I don't know about it.

That said---now that I think about it---I'm pretty sure I've eaten armadillo. If that memory is accurate, it's very likely to have been roadkill.
