i don't know how i missed this obit. she was one of my favorite authors when i was a girl and it makes me sad to hear she is gone.

i should really go to the library and reread some of her books. her writing is delightful.

Yes, it was a sad day for all of us when she died.
I would definitely recommend re-reading any of her books. I'm re-reading the Time Trio (Wrinkle in Time, Wind in the Door, Swiftly Tilting Planet) currently. So good.
