Sho crumpled another piece of paper into a ball and tossed it into the overflowing wastebasket next to his desk. He had successfully wasted another piece of paper.

It shouldn’t be that hard, right? He and the person in the picture he’s staring at had been friend, colleague, fellow Arashi member, and lover for so many years. He knows every bit of him, so well that Nino said he must be a worm in their leader’s stomach. How could he not draw a picture of this person he knows so well? A proper picture, that is.

Everybody knows that Sakurai Sho is not good in drawing. He knows that himself. When he heard people said that even drawings from kindergarteners are better than his, his just dismissed the comments with a smile. He never cared, until now.

It’s the first time in his life that he resents not having any drawing talent. He could hastily get by seven years ago, but not this time. He wouldn’t let it.

But the more he wanted to draw, the harder for him to put down the first stroke. Nothing he drew satisfied him. Sakurai Sho is having the biggest challenge of his life.

Feeling that he had used up the last bit of his energy, he closed his eyes in defeat. He’s not going to make the deadline tomorrow to turn in his drawing.

Just as he thought he had let Satoshi down, let himself down yet again, a familiar face appeared before him. The face is smiling at him with such comfort that he seems to be saying to him “that’s alright”. This feeling of comfort was no stranger to him.

Satoshi’s face has always been Sho’s sight for sore eyes. No matter how tired and frustrated Sho might be, seeing Satoshi’s face always put him at ease. There is always the softest and most genuine smile on that good looking face that can warm Sho’s heart. That’s one of the things about Satoshi that Sho loves so much.

Opening his eyes again, his desk clock was already showing 3:00am. He picked up the pencil and started to draw. He didn’t even have to look at the picture anymore. This time he’s drawing with his heart.

A/N: Sho's drawing has improved so much, hasn't he? XD Just want to write something for the very special day of Yama - 11th anniversary of the meeting at Tenjin Matsuri! This was put together in a rush, so bear with me on any mistakes :)
