Wow, it's been a while. A lot has happened.
Most significantly, the world has lost one of its greatest voices.
Linkin Park released a new album earlier this year. A new sound and a lot of mixed reactions from fans. I especially love the two songs in which Mike is on main vocals, Invisible and Sorry For Now. I love a lot of the songs on this record, and several took some getting used to.
I purchased tickets for my first ever Linkin Park concert!!! ONE OK ROCK was going to join them for a few songs on the East Coast and in Japan, but not on our side of the country. It was to be in San Jose, with Angel and Brian.
(I also went to yet another OOR show in San Jose. Stayed with Angel and Brian.)
In July, Chester died by suicide. I had/have a lot of feelings that I can't put into words.
This past weekend, I was in LA for the biggest event of my life: Linkin Park and Friends Celebrate Life in Honor of Chester Bennington. (October 27, 2017) The rest of the world was fortunate to be able to watch it on an official livestream, though there were various problems with the sound...
It was truly such a big night. I wish I could relive it a hundred times over.
Oh yeah, I also finally quit my horrible job. Guess what-the cause of my hatred of that job ended up leaving the same day I did.

Brooo, I had another dream in which Mike Shinoda was my buddy, my pal, and helped me out of a sticky situation lol.
(Too bad this isn't a monthly ocurrence.)
