exactly 400 cals or LESS
exercise is a MUST (squats, lunges, running, walking, etc, whatever gets your <3 pumping)
at least 1 fruit and 1 veggie per day
NO JUNK FOOD

good luck. I'm not eating candy on Halloween, I dont trick-or-treat. I know weird cause I'm 13. anyhoo good luck && stay strong
