well, it's done. 1618 is no longer half mine. the recording only took about 5 minutes. in the king county recorder's office, there are folks sitting behind a long quarter-circle desk. there are stalls for recording all kinds of contracts, marriages, divorces, taxes and more taxes. i wrote them a big check for taxes ( Read more... )
