I was walking through Harvard yard today and I thought about how many people got kicked out of MCLA or failed out, then i thought about what it must be like to get kicked out of Harvard. Brutal.

I just got mugged. Don't worry, I'm not hurt physically at all. Three dudes came up on me on windsor street while I was listening to "The Dead" on my ipod. They stopped me in the middle of the street and I gave them my ipod, headphones and whatever tip money I had made in the past few days. I was on the bus after my shift at work with my headphones on loud, and  a woman got on the bus. She seemed a bit mentally unstable, maybe I'm wrong. I saw her say something to me, so I took my headphones off. She said "hey, you look kind of like Elvis", to which I replied "um thanks, i guess" in a sort of surprised but pleased tone of voice. So as you know, I go to bed late. Tomorrow I have to work at 6:30 am. How do I adjust to such an early shift? My ideas have been either to start tapering off the time I went to bed, but that would have required me actually following through. I think Face/Off is my favorite guilty pleasure movie. It was on TV today and I got really excited. It was about the 6th or 7th time I've seen it I think. I don't know why I like it that much.
