So Ben didn't have to have his biopsy. They were using an ultra sound to find his kidneys, and they couldnt! Ben watched a whole movie before they found them, apparently they are very very small. The doctors have pretty much decided he has Displaysia. Normal kidneys have hundreds of filters- his don't. They are small and have numorous cysts on them
