And uh that continues and they talk some about the war and it’s kinda boring but Julia actually looks nicely animated for once so I can somewhat forgive it. Adalbert seems to really want to marry her, dawwwww.
And Julia starts talking about Conrart and Adalbert is unphased and Adalbert calls Conrart naïve and then Julia goes on about misunderstands and war that bring sadness and I don’t know wtf is going on and Julia ends it with being all, “ONE DAY FOR SURE WE WILL LIVE IN PEACE LOL” 8)
Then we get Wolfram with Gisela and the bald guy whose name spelling changes every five minutes and they are rowing and ahead of them is what looks like an enemy ship!
And then we have a ditch and soilders and HEY LOOK IT’S THE BOX.
And our merry band of travelers and Yozak’s all, wtf do we do mate. And Murata’s all, hey stop Shibuya from using magic, ‘kay? 8)
THEN THE GUY FROM SMALL SHIMARON WHO YUURI THINKS FOR SOME REASON HAS A MULLET APPEARS AND INFORMS THEM THEY SHALL BE SACRIFIED. NOT AS PLANNED.

Alright so I’m already sick of the flashbacks to when Conrad gets his arm cut off. It happened like six episodes ago. And has been referenced to every episode since. WE GET IT PLEASE MOVE ON NOW AND HOW THE HELL DID THAT GUY GET THE BLOODY ARM ANYWAY? WASN’T IT LIKE IN A BURNING BUILDING LAST TIME WE SAW IT? WITH GRETA? AND NO ONE CARED ABOUT HER? Continuity. Where is it. Oh no wait it was retrieved the last episode or something by Gwendal and there was the Wolfram scream of epic. …HOW THE HELL DID THEY GET IT OUT OF THE BURNING BUILDING? Shuilghsuighsuihgls I cannot work with this shit. /rejects
So uh I really don’t have many thoughts on this episode despite it really being my favorite. AND HERE IS WHY:

This, hands down, is my favorite part of the entire series. Just, no competition. In a lot of ways, I think this is really where they begin to come together and move forward together, whereas before they just seemed to… keep missing each other. Not that they immediately connect here, naturally, but it’s really the start of where they begin to so I think it’s very signifigant. And it’s just so sweet, with the music and the worn out and tired but HAPPY sound of Wolfram’s voice when he says he’s finally caught Yuuri. Favorite scene. Favorite.
Also, SARALEGUI~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Did any of you guys think, watching the series for the first time, that he’d end up being important? I’m curious how many people even realized how early he was in the series though we didn’t see him. Comment.
And lastly. The arm. Can it be gone now it bothers me greatly it’s like. An arm. Shouldn’t it be like. Decaying by now or something. Idk. Just. Sweet, innocent Yuuri lugging around a severed arm falls into the DO NOT WANT category, please.
