Why is it technology is so bloody tempting? No, I did not get distracted by laptops all day. *shifty eyes*

Episode 66: Willpower
This episode opens with a view of the four boxes Yuuri et al. have finally connected followed by a
majestic view of a modern building surrounded by trees.
Rodriquez wants to leave the transformer in Switzerland, but Sharon emphatically denies it.
The phone rings. It's a call from Shibuya Shori in Japan. A sense of foreboding descends and Bob takes the receiver…
But fear not! All is peaceful in Shin Makoku and Yuuri and Conrart are happily playing catch as good godsons and godfathers are wont to do.
Wolfram seems bored though, wondering how they can do this day after day without getting bored. "What's so interesting about this?"
"It's important to practice every day."
Greta cheers from the balcony above them, distracting Yuuri for a brief second, just long enough for Conrart to smack him good in the face with a curveball. Poor Conrart. I'm sure he'll be angsting over it for ages…
But until then, we're back at the shrine! Man, they're skipping around a lot in this episode…
Yuuri wants to go back to Earth. Just or a bit. Apparently he forgot something. Silly Yuuri. At least Wolfram is the voice of reason, reminding Yuuri that "Ulrike and the others are busy preparing for the ceremony."
However, Ulrike and Murata put that worry to rest! They have no qualms against sending Yuuri back to Earth as long as the people up at the castle don't mind.
"Personally speaking, I would prefer His Majesty to always be with us in the castle, but…"
Poor Gunter. I'm sure he'd just love to lock Yuuri up in his Boudoir and throw away the key ♥ With himself inside of course. But as long as Shinou allows Yuuri to return to Earth, anything is fair game XD
But Murata does bring up a good point. Time flows differently between Earth and Shin Makoku with Shin Makoku getting the brunt end of the stick. If they're not careful, they'll miss the deadline for the ceremony altogether.
Yuuri ensures them that it'll be a short trip.
Yuuri does not seem happy that such a large entourage is coming back with him. Conrart must go to protect Yuuri. Wolfram goes because he's the fiancé. Murata wants to return to Earth because he misses Jennifer's homemade Curry.
What I wouldn't give for some of that homemade curry… I want to try it! D:
But at least after the first love travel across dimensions, it gets easier. And Wolfram agrees. "Love can cross dimensions!"
Does anyone else feel as though Murata and Wolfram are looking at each other out of the corner of their eyes at each other? Do they have a secret love? Or is it just Wolfram's resemblance to Shinou that's doing all the talking here? *drools either way*
Back at the Shibuya residence, we find Jennifer pacing around the wading pool. Things are not good. Yuuri's been gone for an hour! Whatever will we do?
*gulps*
At least we know that Jennifer's home cooking as the power to cross dimensions. It's not longer after she wafts it over the water that
Yuuri pops up out of no where! And my-oh-my.
Shiori has Bob's cell phone number! And he's not afraid to use it where Yuuri is concerned XD At least now we know what foreboding events were unfolding at the beginning of the episode.
Oh? Wolfram's calling Yuuri's parents Mother and Father? XD I adore that. *glomps Wolfram*
Murata notices very quickly that it's already sunset.
Conrart watches and silently agrees. *sighs dreamily*
At dinner, Murata emphasizes that travel is an unpredictable phenomenon. Shori expresses his wish that Murata had mentioned that earlier, friend of my brother.
"Indeed, you're quite right. My apologies, brother of my friend."
Ah, isn't the tension between these two simply delicious? I can't quite tell if they genuinely dislike each other or if this is one giant lead-in to foreplay and hot sex. Either way, both work for me. Heh.
Shori does not like the reminder that Yuuri has people he brings with him wherever he goes to protect him. Poor Shori. He's not the only light in Yuuri's life now. Brooding, we finish dinner.
Apparently, Yuuri forgot a bag. We don't know what's in the bag, but it was highly necessary. Yuuri tells Wolfram's it's a S-E-C-R-E-T. Gawd, I love that laugh!
Wolfram seems to have a leg up on Yuuri though. He's plying father with alcohol and mother promises to go dress hunting with Wolfram!
Things are shaping up for a very amicable relationship with the inlaws XD
Be careful of electric shocks as you enter the wading pool. You're liable to fall over! Where's the life guard on duty! I demand recompense for damaging poor Yuuri!
In a shocking moment (pun intended), Murata announces that "It seems we can no longer return to Shin Makoku." Murata thinks this might be happening because all the boxes are in one place now and that the boxes might have an influence on the passage between Earth and Shin Makoku.
And cue Shori! He's "cut a fine figure deal." It's a good thing Shori is around and he has such close ties with Bob. I love Bob. Mostly because I can't help but think of Titan A.E. whenever I hear Bob now.
XD
Does anyone find this cap odd? I think it's because Bob's legs are on the wrong side of the desk.
*shrugs*
Bob suggests they try the lake in order to get back to Shin Makoku. After all, this is where the Box originally appeared in the first place. It'd make sense that the strongest ties would be here as ell.
Oh. And I think Wolfram needs to stay away from red. It does nothing for him.
While they wait for the elaborate set-up to be completed, Wolfram and Jennifer make curry. Methinks Wolram's trying to learn how to make it so he can reproduce it back in Shin Makoku. What things will this boy do to make Yuuri happy?
*licks the boy for being sweet*
We also discover that Shori came to Switzerland because there was something he wanted from Bob.
"I want you to teach me how to use Maryoku."
He needs to learn to take care of Yuuri but Yuuri isn't all that thrilled with that idea. He has people to take care of himself AND Shori knows nothing of Shin Makoku.
Ah Yuuri. Don't you know that Shori only wants to do what he cans because he loves you! (take that any way you want).
But Bob has other ideas. He cannot teach Shori about Maryoku because it's a quality of the soul. Thankfully, Rodriguez arrives and says everything is ready.
Bob's eyes light up with a yellow glow as he activates the floating flags, lighting up the island in the far off distance. Something unexpected happens though.
Lard boy appears with man boobs! Er. I mean a giant Earth caricature appears (and people say Yuuri's magic is so crude…).
In a flash of insight, Murata reveals that the "miasma of Soushu and Shinou had been seeping out of the box, and has now been set loose."
Bob fends off giant Earth boy with a barrier, but it doesn't last long making Yuuri go into Maou!Yuuri mode!
Dear Lord. *fans self* I'll never grow tired of starting at Yuuri in Maou mode ♥♥♥ Never.
Bob stands tall and gathers up his Maryoku, putting everything on the line. You know he's serious when he takes off the glasses To gain time, Conrart, Murata and Shori run laps around lard boy in Rodriquez's motorboat.
Isn't Conrart smart? He uses his sword to harpoon the giant mound of dirt! And then in a reenactment of Luke Skywalker on the Ice Planet Hoth, they topple the demon! But not without a bit of help from Sharon's sharpshooter skills and Rodriquez's throwing prowess.
*sniffs*
He does an Otaku proud.
The tidal wave crashes into the ship, submerging them, even as Bob releases his Maryoku and disintegrates the monster.
Thankfully, there were no causalities and Conrart has more respect for Shori, calling him a 'reckless' man. :D
With monsters demolished and things back to normal, Yuri and co return to Earth leaving Bob to continue as he always has, supporting the Earth and Shin Makoku. And besides, he has Shori to mentor. For some reason, he seems to think that Shori will make an excellent Maou.
Also, Maryoku is the desire to protect someone, and it's the willpower to do so.
Hence, the title. Yay!
Oh, and that item Yuri forgot? It was a kid's baseball glove XD
Looking on as Yuuri and Greta pay catch, Murata reveals that not much time has passed in Shin Makoku. It would seem that the differences in the time continuum is becoming less and less distinct between Earth and Shin Makoku.
"Hadn't Your Highness anticipated these events? That's why you went with us to Earth."
Murata stares for a minute and then turns away. "You think too highly of me, Sir Weller."
