Sundays have always been meant to be lazy days. That sounds like a wonderful day. I love Dr. Seuss too but I think my favorite is the one you used for your title. "One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish Blue Fish".

You can make breakfast now, what progress. No more disasters when you're in the kitchen, oui? *laughs* Soon you'll see that you'll be able to make a full 7 course meal with only a drop of dressing in the kitchen as an end result.

I've always loved Dr. Seuss. I learned how to read English from his books. Oh the Places You'll Go! is one of my favourites.

I am glad you had an eventful Sunday, even if the both of you were drenched from what seemed like rain. The battle has to end sometime. And I apply that to everything.
