Why is that? Apartheid is apartheid no matter how you slice the deck. Why was it just fine for Israel to attack and evict Palestinians from their own land and homes, and take up residence there under the magical premise that they're God's chosen people.
Why is it okay for Israeli soldiers to beat elderly farmers for coming to close to the boarder? Or shoot children for throwing rocks at soldiers?
I understand that Israel isn't going away, and we can't just give the Palestinians their land back, but I don't understand relentless American support for what is clearly a racist state.
Fuck that shit.

And before you say "we can't have another holocaust! something bad happened to the Jews. We have to support Israel!" keep in mind that Israel has nukes. NO ONE is going to fuck with them. They don't need our help anymore.
