I am the most straight-edgist kid I know--considering my personality around certain people...

...and my reputations. I have really straight-edge parents. In so many ways I'm grateful for that, in so many ways I'm annoyed. I know it's generally for the best. But if I know 100% that if I'm going to hang out and sleep over at my friends house even if her parents AREN'T there on New Years Eve, why can't I go? I guess it's just one of those ( Read more... )

Evan, I'm pretty sure your parents don't want to be grandparents yet, so I'm not too surprised.

VEry nice! So...true in a funny way. But to other things. I must agree what is now seen as "celebrations" in the eyes of the american nation is not what i would call a good time. New years is suppose to be a new beginning, right? How is that a good way of starting?! Man.. people need to grow up and recognize. ARG! But yeah, I hope you had a good New Years nonetheless
