Ducks rule "Quack-wack-wack"!
But the description does fit me fairly well sometimes.

You mean nibbling ferociously is scary?

On second thought: That bushy tail could do a nasty job of tickling me to death...

Your'e right squirrels are most deadly even if fuzzy and cute

Hey, we met at Dan and Chris' party, spotted your journal.

Did your missing bag turn up in the end?

You never mentioned you kept tropical fish. I've got a tank myself. I've lost at least 3 weather loaches because of them jumping out of the tank like your khuli, they crawl out through light fixtures in the tank hood and all sorts. They're worse than lemmings.

Hey!
No, bag hasn't turned up but thanks loads for being the only peron bothered enough to help me look! XXX
Ah, those khuli loaches are a pain aren't they? Love the little things for their stripey, snakey cuteness but they are a bit suicidal!
Currently trying to get a bigger tank and restock it (want to work up to a marine tank but considering recent disasters, I'll stick with freshwater for a while...
Added if you don't mind, hope you got home ok!

Not at all, have an add back.

No worries re: the bag, I know how crap it is when stuff gets lost/nicked at parties.

How big is your tank, and what's in it?

I've got a 4ft tank, currently a little bit neglected. Main attractions are an orange sailfin pleck and a, er, thing kinda like a catfish which I can never remember the name of, which grows about an inch a week and hides in a large bit of wood most of the time. There's a few assorted platys, glass cats, clown loaches, black widow tetras and this mental little lemon tetra that by all rights should be lunch, but instead owns every other fish in the tank.

I did have some ghost knifes and elephant fish, but they died not long back, so a bit of a restock is due when I've got the time and inclination, and can find some decently cool fish that won't get eaten by one of my bigger fish.

Used to keep a couple of oscars in a 2 ft tank, they were fucking cool, but they killed each other one day.

Ooh, very small tank at the moment...just a starter and need to upgeade!
Sadly moving and and a broken heater cost the lives of all but one tough cory (catfish), had a couple of pretty guppies, some red platys, two khuli loaches, a sucking loach (big bad bully-fish), and a red-tailed shark.
Stuck to very hardy species, would have loved some glass cats....aren't clown loaches aggressive towards other fish?
My fish-supplier near my mums home was really good, even gave guarantees on their fish and did an exchange system if there were any compatibility/size problems.
Going to get new tank very soon and as soon as it's cycled I'll be restocking it!
Would love to see yours sometime, cheers and hugs for being cool!
