What the heck does this mean?

Feb 28, 2007 10:09

A co-worker asked me what this could possibly mean:

"I am hiding in the woodwork."

And I honestly haven't a clue. Anyone care to help me out on this? Thanks!

Think mice. You see evidence of them in your house, but when you look for them, where are they? In the woodwork.

It is a saying, you are there, but not really there. She wants you to be more inolved.

it means someone was trying to confuse him by saying something completely random that sounds like a saying.

It means hiding, blending in, being in the background where no one can see you or notices you.

It might be said in a way that a person is trying to hide so that they can learn things without others knowing - spying in a way.
