I had the BEST DREAM EVER! + a very impulsive fangirly desicion
Yesterday, after epically playing Tales of VS (my last match was an epic matchup between all my mains, Yuri, Asch, Senel and Luke with THEME OF BATTLE -ARRANGED- as the BGM), I fell asleep very soundly indeed.
Then... I had what I'd describe as the most awesome dream I ever had.....
I dreamt that I was at some random place. As I walked around..That was when I laid my eyes on HIM. He walked around smiling with his fierce mane of blond hair while talking to some other people. I could only stare in awe and in disbelief... I mean, the man of my life, the one I'd gladly throw myself to offer as a wife, GO SHIINA was standing right there....
I shyly peeked at him from afar. I knew that I had to at least talk to him... I mustered up all my strength... Only to find him walking away. Suddenly, one of my friends in the dream (dunno who... the dream blurred their faces out... but most probably Li Shan), came up to me and said... "Hey *insert name here*, this is the Shiina guy you've always wanted to talk to right?". I found myself staring face to face with him. THE Go Shiina.
Once again, I summoned my energy and attempted to say something...
Me: Mr Shiina! I'm one of your biggest fans!!! Umm.... PLEASE SIGN THIS!!!!
I handed out a random booklet (probably a random concert programme) and he gracefully took it from me. He signed the booklet in his awesome way of doing anything before handing it back. As he was doing so...
Shiina: What is your name?
Me: i-it's *i-i-insert n-name h-here*
Shiina: I see.
He then took out some mini recording device and hummed a tune. He started humming a tune and instantly recorded it. He said that he was composing a song for me and that he was going to use it in the next Tales game.
I blushed sooo hard I woke up with a serious case of blushing....
Swoooooon.... Oh Go Shiina.... I sooo want to meet you...... Sigh.....

I started googling around for Go Shiina just to reread one of the many interview transcripts he had with random people. It was then that I noticed that the soundtrack for God Eater had just come out.
I immediately asked around on how to order cds online because.... the God Eater soundtrack was composed by none other than Mr GO SHIINA! KYAAAAH!!!
His music here is vastly different that what you'd normally find in Tales. He focuses more on pure orchestral and symphonic sounds this time around. He even has a few jazzy songs in. This time around, he experimented with various instruments from countries like Africa and India, and I must say that it adds a new kind of depth into his arrangements. Also, with the infusion of the VOCALOID software (yes, Shiina-sama uses VOCALOID! How cool is that?), it gives the opera feel to his songs, as well as add variance to his themes.
The more I listen to the God Eater sound samples, the more ENTHUSIASTIC and EPIC and FULL OF ENERGY and RAAAR! I feel. Sigh, only Go Shiina's songs can make me feel this way....
Shiina-sama, if you can read this, I SALUTE YOU!!!
Seeing that I'm in my Final Year... I can kiss going to Eminence this year goodbye T_T.... I regretted not making the effort to go for Eminence last year.. but MONEY MONEY MONEY!!! I mean... GO SHIINA IS A REGULAR ATTENDEE THERE!
Oh well, at least I can pray that Video Games Live will play either Battle Artist or Enemy Attack or Sea of Rage for me... or hell... ANY of the God Eater songs.
Ok, that's it for my ramblings. Now to pester random people endlessly.. I need to procure a paypal account.

And that my love for Go Shiina is so strong, IT'S STRONGER THAN MY LOVE FOR GAMING/COMPUTERS! And those two make up 99% of my life lol.
