Most of my hip-hop is all current acts! I haven't really gone back and gotten a lot of older stuff yet. Just snippets here and there.

And no I haven't heard DJ format, I will hunt it down.
Sent you a PM on last.fm with the mix link!

I totally want another Dresden Dolls album nowplease.
Their first album totally sends me back to February 2005, in my little apartment on Bryant street, riding my trainer in the middle of winter and playing with my new camera.
"Yes Virginia" is all about april of this year, and the hippie raver chick I was dating briefly then. Really powerful albums both of them.

Unfortunately, I didn't even get into them until this August, and then I just snapped up both discs. I think I've grown to like the first one better overall, but "Sing" off the 2nd one is my favorite song.

You get the DVD? I did, liked it a ton.

I've seen it. I've read it on occasion.
But I have a huge problem with music review sites/magazines/whatever,and I think it stems back to HS and Rolling Stone mag.
They all sound like pretentious asses. Like you're reading whatever about whatever band only because they want you too, but that you really wouldn't get it/them/the-band.
So every now and then, I go to a music review site, read for half hour, then get disgusted with EVERY MUSIC REVIEWER _EVER_. It's the same reason I just can't get into any music magazines, and I've been tryin' lately.

Why can't they just write like human beings, not pompous fucktards?
